Join us for a dynamic and thought-provoking event dedicated to exploring the critical issues surrounding Equity Diversity and Inclusion.Designed to foster meaningful dialogue and promote positive change, we will hear from two of the region's most important changemakers.

Colleen James made history with her election to Regional Council just two years ago but she's been making change with her business Divonify for much longer!

Iona Sky spent 20 years working in the child welfare space.  She works with businesses and organizations on putting equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility into practice to create change.

Among the items we will explore

• Allyship and Advocacy: Examine the role of allies and advocates in advancing equity and inclusion efforts and learn how to effectively support marginalized communities and amplify their voices.
• Overcoming Implicit Bias: Learn about the impact of unconscious biases on decision-making processes and discover strategies for mitigating bias in the workplace, educational settings, and beyond.
