CFFB popular member tours have returned! Join us on Tuesday, November 15th for in person member tours:
6:00pm - 6:45pm Weber's Fabricating 3044 Sawmill Rd., St Jacobs - Tour of Weber's Fabricating custom metal fabrication shop with shearing, forming, welding and laser cutting capabilities. Each member organization will receive a key chain produced by Weber's while on-site.
6:45pm - Travel to MEDA, located at 595 Parkside Drive, Suite 2, Waterloo.
7:00pm - Tour of MEDA – Mennonite Economic Development Associates – is an international economic development organization that creates business solutions to poverty. For nearly 70 years, MEDA has been working with clients and partners globally to empower entrepreneurs out of poverty and provide decent work for them, their staff and their families.
MEDA is headquartered in Waterloo and are excited to host you for a tour of our state-of-the-art office facilities including appetizers, refreshments and a short presentation on MEDA’s approach to poverty through business solutions. An option to view the presentation via zoom will also be available.
