We often FEAR things we don’t understand. Unfortunately Mental Illness has been under this umbrella of FEAR for much too long. When we can look beyond the FEAR we can get to a place of UNDERSTANDING. Understanding our employees who struggle. Understanding our peers who struggle. And understanding our family and friends who struggle.

In this interactive workshop, Kevin will help us understand what it looks like when someone is struggling with their mental health (they are definitely not lazy and they do not lack motivation), share strategies to support them, and habits to keep your own brain mentally healthy.
