"Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is simply passing the time. Action with Vision is making a positive difference." ~ Joel Barker

How many great ideas have ended up collecting dust? How many projects get started, but fail to be realized? Countless! There is a delicate balance between planning your projects and ensuring the successful completion of your project.

In this workshop, we will focus on some simple strategies to plan your projects and achieve the desired result through effective implementation. We will provide you with tools and approaches that will make it easy to accomplish what you set out to achieve!

To effectively achieve your goals, we will cover the following:

  1. Engaging your team in the project
  2. Plan the process of implementation
  3. Measure progress & desired outcomes
  4. Resilience – be prepared to adjust as necessary

Please come to this workshop with a small/medium size project or goal that you would like to achieve.

Once you have registered, you will be forwarded a document outlining the information needed to access the workshop. This document will be forwarded on September 14.
